By entering this contest, you are subscribing and opting in to receive newsletters from the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau. Your information will be kept confidential and you may unsubscribe at anytime. 

TIMELINE 
• Entries will be accepted until midnight June 14, 2010. 
• Winners will be announced June 15, 2010.  

ELIGIBILITY 
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 
• All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. 
• Open to those 21 and older. 
• Employees, officers and directors of the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau are not eligible to win. 
• All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 
• Winners and travel companions will be required to sign and return a notarized liability release waiving all claims against Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau and travel package providers prior to traveling. 
• No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted. 
• Prize locations are subject to change.

• Winners will be responsible for their own transportation to all locations. 

PRIZES

The Grand Prize winner and one guest will receive gift certificates for:

• Maple Springs Lake Side Inn - three nights accommodations, Sunday – Tuesday, with private bath in the Main House
• Plumbush Bed & Breakfast - two nights standard accommodations, Sunday – Thursday.
• Chautauqua Institution - one week gate passes for use during the 2010 season
• Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail - Passport discount package
• Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Museum and Desilu Playhouse - dual admission tickets

   Accommodations are based on availability at the time of booking.  Accommodations at the Maple Springs Lake Side Inn and gate passes to Chautauqua Institution will expire on August 29, 2010. Accommodations at the Plumbush B&B are good through November 1, 2010.

 
The 2^nd Prize winner and one guest will receive gift certificates for:

• Peek’n Peak Resort and Spa - Wondrous Weekday Package
• Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail - Passport discount package
• Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Museum and Desilu Playhouse - dual admission tickets

   The Wondrous Weekday Package is available Sunday through Wednesday and offers one night’s standard accommodations, for two, at the Inn at the Peak, two rounds of golf, for two, one round on the Lower Course and one round on the Upper Course, both with GPS cart usage. Sunday rounds must be played after 3:00 pm.  Also included is complimentary use of the indoor pool and outdoor pool with 115’ water slide, sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor hot tub and indoor play zone.  This package will expire on October 31, 2010 and may not be extended beyond that date.
